SQUIRREL MUG TOTEM

The Totem collection is the starting point of a story that plays with the symbolism of animals through a selection of unique porcelain objects, customizable with an inscription, a phrase, a memory. Squirrels, penguins, monkeys, camels and elephants are depicted on trays, boxes, plates and valet trays or stand as monoliths on lids or inside boxes. Squirrel as a symbol of foresight and purity. Elephant for ancient wisdom. Penguin for love and fidelity. Monkey as a symbol of play and curiosity. Camel for confidence and strength. Richard Ginori with Totem chooses to evoke an eighteenth-century decorative tradition, when the reproduction of symbolic animals used to embellishe porcelain. A tribute to tradition with a contemporary reinterpretation for customizable objects, able to tell and express the personality of their owners.
