I met Giorgio at an event a couple of years ago. Walking by I saw the bar area packed with people laughing and having fun. I got closer to the counter and there he was juggling one bottle after another, smiling and entertaining everyone while making wonderful cocktails! Knowing him better, I found out that he decided Flair Bartending would have been his job back in 2013, and since then he has worked hard to become what he is now: a nationally and internationally known professional, with many awards behind his back! Not only he is a professional Flair Bartender entertainer at important events but also has a highly recognised training program, writes monthly articles for specialised magazines and is a brand ambassador for renowned brands. Ingredients:
La Casa del Rum selection n°3- 4 cl
Lime- 2,5 cl
Sugar- 2 cl
*Spuma bionda- p31
*“Spuma”: classic, blonde soft drink made with natural extract of rhubarb root, orange peel, caramel and flavourings. It was very popular in Italy decades ago, they used to mix it with wine during the hot summer days as well! A soft drink with a vintage flavor that is part of our Italian history and now back in style! If you wish to taste some let us know!
